I did already…they asked me to wait till shipping deadline is passed…

Called seller atleast 20-30 times but no response, 2 messages and 3 emails sent but no luck yet.

I know my money is safe as its ebay, but just that why wait for so long for the refund process…

Seller is definitely fake. 4 days and no vouvher i bought for 5000 gv.
he isnt repling emails,
he isnt answering any calls. trying from last 3 days..

request all to put negative comments to save future buyers.

any one got refund?

Hold on guys, I DID receive the Voucher code (after a few days, not hours) and on adding to BMS app it shows Rs.1000 with validity.

How did you manage to add the amount to ‘Wallet’? All I can see is under ‘QwikPay’ as a voucher.
I prefer adding to wallet because that would guarantee that the voucher cannot be re-used.

Guys complaining they didn’t receive voucher in email, did you guys try to msg him thro Ebay? I think we need to msg him to inform that we need it through email or else probably he could be attempting to snail-mail the voucher. My Guess.

in the quick pay ders an options called gift card . add the voucher code and it shows up as gift card balance . done

But that’s not same as adding to BMS wallet isn’t it?
i.e. If I knew your code, I could also use the coupon or remains of it I think.
