Item is still in stock and they cannot fool around. It is a problem from AZ’s end.
Tell them that you want the item and place the order again. Ask for gift card before placing the order.

Ordered 4 items from 4 different accounts, 3 got cancelled this morning and 1 got delivered.

But in the days that followed few of the orders were automatically cancelled and subsequently the discount coupons that were used to place these orders were rendered useless. As a manufacturing company there can be nothing more harmful or embarrassing for us than this cancellation. We truly apologize for this unpleasant experience on behalf of Cee Pee Spices.

So we thought we would let you know why this happened so that we continue to enjoy your trust

a) Unlike many other perishable products Cee Pee Spices are not shipped by ‘Fulfillment By Amazon’. These orders are processed, billed and packed by our own manufacturing staff. On 2nd and 3rd of July we received more than 15000 orders with unusually short dispatch time. The delay in execution resulted in automatic cancellation of orders by amazon though to some it appeared that the seller had cancelled the order. We as a seller did not cancel even a single order as many of you have been led to believe.

b) Secondly, with such high volumes the online processing system collapsed but with help from Amazon we were able to find a more time-consuming way of processing orders.

c) For months we have been asking Amazon.in to include us in their ‘Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)’ service because it is a system designed to fulfill orders in the best way possible for the customers. But time and again the constraints demanded of us have kept us out of this service.

We understand that this gross inability to fulfill so many orders within such a short time has caused inconvenience to our customers. We whole-heartedly, without any prejudice apologize to you. We will refund the order amount in its entirety within 2-3 working days.

And that’s why we have decided to take the following actions to avoid recurrence of such issues.
1) We are trying to get our products under FBA – Fulfillment by Amazon category. This would ensure that the large number of orders are handled quickly.
2) We are updating our systems to handle more volume while maintaining the quality.

As of today our account has been suspended and we are working with amazon to resolve the issue. Once we are back we would like to invite you to try our products with better services. On 3rd of July we became the number 1 bestseller in India across all food items, thanks to your faith in us. While we apologise for this inconvenience to you, we assure you that we are working hard to regain your trust.
