Croma CREL7261 32" HD-R LED TV @ 7994 : Display units, still amazing deal

I went to croma store in chennai which is 25km away..tv was there but without remote and table stand. They said I need to purchase them separately from croma service center which would cost 1500-2000.
I rejected it and came back to home because of various reasons.

That’s what they do. No point in buying any product with store pick up option. Either they won’t give or if they have 4 pieces, they will keep best three for themselves and deliver one with most usage marks and worst condition to you.

I repeatedly told them i don’t want to cancel the order and i am ready to wait. (22 Inch Croma Led)
CS was saying.. we have to cancel it.. i said i don’t want to cancel it and hung up the phone.

lol u sound like a croma staff or a relative of a staff.. anyways i dont mind the staff picking up the deals for themself, but the problem is, if the customer has already booked the product, then too they would pick up the deal for themselves stating the product is out of stock,,
moreover why do u assume its ok for us to spend 5-6k extra not every dimer or croma customer has an extra ordinary income.. moreover why do u also assume the croma staff are picking deals for themselves and not for resale among their friends/family for extra 500-1000 bucks

Anybody have Ratan Tata number..? so we send this message in whatsapp, like dont allow their staffs to buy products.

I placed the order for Croma LED FHD 107cm EL7322 3D last day and payment made too.

Order status showing Delivery-In-Progress On 24-May-15 as of now.

Last day, for this product, HOME DELIVERY showing and so but now it is showing store pickup for DISPLAY unit.

So, what I will get, display unit or some back log piece.

Any guess.

Ordered 24" one in Delhi for home delivery, got it delivered couple of hours back.
The delivery guy said it was a new unit, directly from their warehouse. The guy broke the seal, took the unit out to check any damages but I was rushing out so did not turn it on and check.. Will test at night.

Will raise the concern if not provided.

how did you ordered it, there is not buy now option?

It was very first day, when I saw deal for this TV, there was buy now option with home delivery and so i made my mind instantly and placed the order.

TV is new and box packed and so I opened the box in front of delivery people. Wall mount is missing and thy said it will be delivered by installation people and installation people are saying will charge 700 INr.

I have raised the concern in CC and took photos of box where mentioned wall mount is including and about to send to them.
