Today i visited 2 malls, They Were simplying saying its not available, but later after warning them they said its available but its faulty not for sale, but still i asked them to show the defective piece.
According to them both were defective.
1st unit defect was it got stucked in Welcome screen which was software problem, which i said m ready to take it, but they refused to do the billing for the same, They gave me reason that after 2 days i will call customer care and ask for replacement or repair which would defame name of their store,
2nd unit in 2nd mall was also faulty, the store manager first said its not physical available in shop right now, but later after warning it became available, even this unit had defect, there were lining on the screen,, Donno if it was purposely done or what i was ready to accept dis too, but they said even u if u complaint c,care, we will repair it which is next to possible coz parts r not available, so i left it too, Just waste of time, money and energy, Croma is waste really Liars and cheaters

do check it properly coz 1 guy from forum got the tv, which was defective, even the remote isnt working properly

how did you ordered it, there is not buy now option?

It was very first day, when I saw deal for this TV, there was buy now option with home delivery and so i made my mind instantly and placed the order.

TV is new and box packed and so I opened the box in front of delivery people. Wall mount is missing and thy said it will be delivered by installation people and installation people are saying will charge 700 INr.

I have raised the concern in CC and took photos of box where mentioned wall mount is including and about to send to them.
Lets see.

How is the quality of tv? Is it worth to buy it? Is it worth to spend 28k on display unit if i am getting it from somewhere?

I got new piece and TV is good to start as this is my first FHD and 3D TV. Can not compare with Sony quality, but then Sony has its own cost.
Its good to have HD channels to get quality.
I got 4 3D passive glasses with this.

All in all if one are getting scratch less TV with all the accessories, not a bad offer. As very hard to find 28K price for 42" FHD+3D.

beware before buying these display unit
they are more than 10 to 12 month old
assuming them running daily for at least 10 hrs @ 300 days so they might be used over 3000 hrs and led tv donot have much age left and there spares may not be available in market and u may have to sell this as scrap
