I bought one such laptop (Thailand Imported) from ebay and I had to suffer a lot. The seller was from Delhi (cglobal). The Dell guy in conference with the seller said we don’t offer any warranty as this is not a genuine import.

After a long conversation with Dell and Seller I had to return it back to the seller.

So please be aware when you buy some Imported laptops.

@garg-enterprises Bought one. The problem was occurring because of the daily 25k limit. You should have considered adding cod as an option. It really caused me a lot of troubles switching money from one bank to another.

Also, what do you have to say about what deepakrkm said?

i purchased the same laptop from shopclues 1n half months before @ 26800.same spec but i had 2g ram and 1 gb graphics. its working fine till now and in great condition. and for warranty , no worry guys. whenever you call dell support , just tell them you have purchased this from thailand and you have got thailand bill. then you won’t have any prblm getting warranty. i replaced my charger for free in warranty period showing thailand bill.
