Neither the Dosa packet nor the Whole Wheat Parotas I received today morning have the Freecharge offer. Both have an expiry of 11/7. 
Seems like iD is randomly producing/distributing the packets with the Freecharge offer. Also, as mentioned by @agent007 earlier, I also saw Parotas expiring on 10/7 without the offer in a local store. I should point out again that I did receive the Whole Wheat Parotas expiring on 10/7 with the offer from BigBasket earlier. Guys, I spoke to iD Fresh customer care with regards to a bulk purchase of Dosa/Parota packets under this promotion (for a charity idea). Here is the lowdown. They did a test run of some Parota packets with the promotion only in Bangalore and I was just lucky to receive some of those packets. They plan to fully roll out the promotion on the Dosa/Parota packets in the next 7-10 days. So we will have to wait further to get packets with this promotion.
Just so people know that this is indeed a real promotion, here is a picture of the Parota packet which was delivered by BigBasket earlier. @Priyanka @bumblefoot @RDX You might want to include this picture in the FPD thumbnail.

As I was finishing my long evening walk, I called my mom and asked her if she wants something. Her response? “Check Reliance son. See if we have any vegetable offer.”

Then @DealSeeker told me about BigBasket sending new packets. High hopes. But someone commented the opposite. Hopes low.
But as I was in Reliance, considering the past experience, I didn’t have much expectation. I walked and noticed from a good distance the same old packet.
Goddamn it!
As I picked up the packet, I saw the same green-white color, confirming my bad luck. But how many bad lucks can we really have?
Just when I was thinking that, the packet behind it moved a little.
It was the same Fresh ID Dosa but with an orange strip. And that made my EYES POP OUT.
I knew it was special. I knew it was the offer packet. And like a dog shoveling mud, I pushed the white packets to the right, and found a goldmine of orange-stripped offer packets.
YAY!
Called my mom and told her “forgot vegetables. I got something big.”
She was like “take 2-3 son”.
And there I was, coming home, with 3 Fresh ID Dosa packets in my hand.
EDIT: Silly, I know. It was 3 am, and I had all the time in the world to write my experience. As Deal Shekhar said, these packets are randomly distributed, with plain + offer. Packets expire on 12/7.

1. Quality is real good. We always have home-made batter. This one is a little superior.
2. Yeah, probably one week. I got on 8th, was expiring on 12th. Can last for a longer time perhaps? But they don’t want to advertise it that way for regulatory reasons or something.
3. Not from Hyderabad. But I can visit if you want me to?

Even though it was written “expires on 17th August”
Unfortunately, the code didn’t work. Threw an invalid error. Just me? Or the new packets have new expiration date.
Lol I ate too much of ID Fresh parathas this season. One side I was eating and another side paying off my Airtel and Vodafone’s bills.

You might have made a typo, bro. The codes are working fine. And, yes, the new packets still mention Aug 17 as the expiry but Freecharge will accept the codes until Sep 15, unless they extend the offer again. I have been collecting and giving my codes to somebody else and he has confirmed using the codes in his account(s) just 3 days ago.

No, I am not aware of any workaround. Only 2 codes could be used per account regardless of the code type (i.e. BAT-series, WHP-series, and MLB-series).
