@ziffi Tried to book appointment using Ziffi, before that called the Store and asked. They said we’re not tied up with any such application. Details of the Store BBlunt Matunga, Near Shivaji Park
Kindly check with the store and update here, then I will call the store again. They shud know coz after going to Salon I don’t want to feel embarrased infront of everybody

Few info that I want @@@ziffi@@ , FIrst of all I booked a hair cut @ around 12:30PM @ jawed habib , but even they had no idea of how to use the paycode that I got, and yes its quite undestandable that If they have no equipment/ software to enter that paycode, then how will they get insured of getting the payment, and this issue was with jawed Habib’s salon , then how the heck can I believe the local salons that are listed near me will accept this Paycode, also get absolutely zero info about the spa/salon that we book , just the name and address is Ok??
Dont you think you should add Telephone number also in the list!

@ziffi May I know Why there is a Lack if coordination between you people and the services owners?? If they dont knw about Ziffi then how did u put their names on ur app??
Moreover only due to Bad reviews me and many more people are not giving it a try :-/

Booked an appointment with Affinity green park .. Called them to confirm the appointment..They said that there is no appointment in my Name and they dont accept any paycode.. I felt insulted.. Kindly look into this matter.. I have an appointment at 2:15 today..Tried calling your customer care but in vain..Waited on the line for 15 minutes then I had to disconnect the call..I want to clear out everything before going there so that I don’t feel embarrassed in front of so many people

@ziffi Yesterday after worst experience of some dimers here we thought you might come up with better resolution.
But we are not seeing any update or improvement.
More than 90% of the Salons that are listed in your app doesn’t even know what is Ziffi, they don’t know what is paycodes, even well known Salons like jawed Habib, enrich, juice, lemon, etc. Don’t know about it.
Your offer for first service as a free was very good offer but I don’t think that you really giving attention to your users.
The pathetic customer support, I called your support and I was on hold for more than 20 minutes atlast got tired and I gave up.
The only medium to contact you was DESIDIME but DD is not a medium of fake self promotions..
I don’t think a single person has availed your service successfully and hassle-free..
Each member has face some issue.
Let’s see with what resolution you come up.

@ziffi yesterday i booked an appointment with kapoor’s beauty xpress for haircut and shave which was charged around rs 480 + wash was also included but when i reached there they just did haircut and shave no wash was done and when asked abt the charge they said rs.280..then why was i charged 480 on ziffi app when original price was so low……was not a bad experience but not upto the mark according to the price and service which was promised

I almost forgot about this deal after reading @zengeek ’s feedback. Just came today and saw the responses from @ziffi and now I kind of regained the faith.
I’ll go next week when all these things settle. Let Ziffi take some breadth..

@ziffi I spoke to ‘The Spa’ and ‘Trend Rejuvenate’ both of them are not sure how they will be getting paid! I tried to explain them and they say they want ziffi to call them. As a customer why do i have to do this everytime, can’t you guys just make sure your Regional managers explain the process and convince the SPA owners? I definitely will not call ziffi customer care because i don’t want to waste my money waiting for 10 minutes.
My Experience with Ziffi was really good, though I faced an issue related to booking, but after contacting the Customer Support team all the issues were solved. What was more appealing the offer, Hair cut & shaving service for free.:-P

end of story couldnt get haircut after 2 hrs of struggle…and no paycode was sent
