@Noah @DealSeeker @ziffi Guys, I just took the service from ‘The Spa’ at brigade road. Review of the spa aside but i will tell you how the experience with ziffi went smooth:

1. On the other thread when ziffi asked about my appointment details, i immediately created a appointment in mobile version of ziffi.com since the app keeps givin something went wrong error

2. After an hour i got call from a backend operations guy who confirmed to me that SPA owner has agreed to take the PayCode and my appointment is confirmed.

3. I called up owner to confirm and he said also confirmed that he will be accepting ziffi paycode

4. I went to the SPA, the receptionist asked for my Paycode before taking service i thought its fine and gave it, She sent the same code to owner and owner spoke to some ziffi CC guy. The bad thing about CC is, by default they are assuming that customer will have Rs.600 in account and not more. So owner calls me up and asks about the rest of the payment, i finally had to put the backend operations guy in conference with owner and convince him that i had enough money to take the service. Agreed and availed service

5. What i got to know from backend guy is that they have a android app to validate the Paycode and make sure the SPA owners are not left in confusion, to my badluck they didn’t had IOS app which was required by SPA owner and that’s where everything went wrong and i had to manually fix it.

6. Lets not review the service of SPA here, Its a totally different subject

Overall what i experienced: Its a great service, Since they have just rolled out the app may be they are working on the technical glitches. Now coming to the co-ordination between Regional Manager’s and SPA owners YES ziffi has to re-check on these things.

Its not customers duty to check with SPA owner whether they accept Paycode or not. And the app should be so friendly to user that he should not even thing about calling CC unless there is a major issue.

Check the Bouquet, Sorry card and Chocolates i received now. I just wish there was a beta testing community for this app, since i am a tester i could help these guys a little.

Hello guys..

I am sorry to say but you guys are performing Pathetic Services.. You
have listed salons where you don’t have tie ups. I have not seen such
an unprofessional behavior by any website.Your website will not be
able to last long for sure if you perform in the same manner.
Cancelling appointment all the time..Providing 1st service of rs 800
for free does not give you the liberty to harass your customers.. I
have spent more than Rs 1500 on my STD bills to call your support
team. Didn’t expect such a behavior for your website. If you don’t
have the capacity to give the customers free service,just don’t do it
but don’t even try to irritate customers and waste their
time.Apparently there is no Salon in Delhi where you give service
except VLCC and in VLCC you don’t give appointments and cancel them..

I have seen sites where they are unable to cope high demand but atleast they are legitimate…

While in case of Ziffi they listed almost all salon’s as if this is a joke.
