Dunno. I have always used it in a ( Windows ) VM. Dont have any disposable Amazon accounts to experiment. There might be easier solutions but I am sticking to mine.

For folks wishing to convert to PDF for whatever reason, in Calibre in PDF output there is an option termed " Override paper size set in output profile" This will prevent problems with massive fonts and huge swathes of white space.
Purely for printing purposes HTMLZ is a better choice as it preserves the metadata, CSS, ToC and images.

I think for printing purpose,DOCX is the best as it saves lot of paper (if you don’t have any images)

Yes. And RTF. Much better than PDF certainly. But in both cases you stand to lose the fancy formatting if any besides tags and such. They have their drawbacks due to their proprietary nature though. But MS Word is absolutely terrible when it comes to handling HTML.

You can use as many acs as you want. Just logout from one ac and login from another.

The offer is still working… And one more update, from website too if the price of ebook is more and you have gc balance in ur account, then it will deduct only the extra amount over 200 Rs… Happened with me and I confirmed with cc..
