Btw I had suggested Nigel for using dimer dp or details for DD Quiz etc (after 1st fastest answer contest where he had given product clues) which he used your dp to mention for a clue which you bought

It works but cash back given only Om amount paid
So if 100 recharge, 50 paid by HC and 50 CC
If 10% cash back, then only 5 given
yes, I did see that behavior a couple of days ago. But yesterday I paid 20 HC, 80 CC and still i got 20 Helpchat cash.
Similarly for the 15 CB on recharge, I paid 35 through CC, 15 through HC, still I got 15 CB..
So, it’s a little confusing

Yes, I too felt the same…Wherever flat cashback is there, it can be combined with HC and CC/DD payment options
But in case of % discount, it calculates the actual % on bank payment option and excludes the HC amount while calculating.
