if moto x price are 25000 – 26000, then totally flop phone, because nexus 5 and s4 had better hardware than moto x, and both phone price around 27000.:-}
Spec wars are pointless. More CPU cores, more RAM, more megapixels, higher PPI, etc. do not make a phone better. There is much more to a phone than just the specs… phones like Moto X have proved this. Moto X is a great phone… much better than Galaxy S4 and other flagship phones.
look an feel wise moto x is better but spec wise nexus 5 and s4 is better. s4 is octs core cpu and 13mp camera and many features like smart pause etc…
do you know Samsung has most dubious record in declaration of specs as higher than actual capacity by tweaking hardware?moreover specs are taken as pinch of salt. karbonn, spice and even micromax or chianyungpai crap from China can has best of the specs but hardware or software could be worst inside the unit. people with iPhone or nexus are using since it launched without any porbs and cheap but great specs die in a year.
Lol can you quote a single company which does not tweak to enhance their performance on the benchmark ? ? And regarding iphone their hundreds of problems with iphones too !! I have been a iOS user for 4 years and i can vouch for that . Lol i love the way you quote hardware or software can be worse inside To be fair to Samsung Hardware wise they do provide extremely powerful phones !! And when you quote micromax or karbon or etc etc just see the CPU chipset and the GPU they use !! Mostly they would be using Mediatek or Broadcom or low end snap dragon cores !!! Their is huge difference in performance between a Snapdragon 800 etc etc compared to these !! Agreed they every company scales their ratings on benchmarks by tweaks but that does not mean the hardware they provide you is crap !! And the Software they provide is Android with their own customizations !! If you don’t want their bloatware you could easily remove them !! How does that make the software bad ??
Besides with Moto-X its future is completely in doldrums and the community support for both Moto-G and Moto – X is pathetic to say the least . Pricing is the only thing by which they can make customers choose Moto-X over a nexus – 5 or S4
Price would be more than 25000 becoz in other countries it is more than 24000 rs…

I actually did this! Not with my first salary though. LG e970 from the ebay geb deal for dad and moto g for mom. Couldn’t see them use those numeric pad micromax’s! I kind of got screwed that month due to excessive buying, but it was worth it. Now wherever my parents go, they proudly tell others that my son gifted me this
Man we are also proud of U
below 20k its a buy…above that nexus 5 is better
But if it below 21K, Is it best buy? I am buying mobile in this month or next month. Is it best than Nexus 5?

I used nexus 5 for 4 months. Sold it 3 days back.
Don’t buy nexus 5. There are many problems with the device. Usually, I prefer nexus devices but when it comes to call reception, battery backup and many other in the hood stuff, nexus devices fails abruptly.
I bought Moto G from flipkart after selling Nexus 5 and I’m actually happy after selling it. Call quality is the best on Moto Devices. Battery backup is the best thing in this phone. Dual sim is one of the feature which makes it a killer deal.
Don’t buy nexus 5, it’s not even worth 27K. Go for Moto G or Moto X, way better than Nexus devices and Moto G and Moto X’s software is just like Nexus. In fact, the moto version of android is much better.

I purchased it from play store for 33K on the first day of the launch of Nexus 5. I think it was 20th Nov 2013. I complaint about the device and was having serious problems, so they replaced the device and gave me the brand new sealed pack box. I sold it to my friend for 30K (32GB, Black)
Now lets come to day to day activities. From the first day, I was experiencing call drops. I’ve seen many complaints regarding call reception on this phone which is the worst on any device. Nexus 5 looks good on paper i.e. specs are the best but when it comes to daily usage, you will experience many problems like battery drain, heating up and random reboots too if you’re a heavy user.
When it comes to hardware in Nexus 5, only antenna seems bad. Other issues are software related IMO, where motorola stands on the top. I just checked my battery stats on Moto G, 14 hours standby (3 hours 47 minutes on screen time, 3G on always). I din’t even get full 3 hours on screen time on Nexus 5, this little beast lasts more than a day.
Rest, Choice is yours.

Great work, detective.
The price in Australia is just a bit over Rs. 30000.
The declared value of Rs. 19,099 will attract import duty of 6% (Rs. 1150)
Add some handling charge of Rs. 50 per device.
There will be shipping charges extra that Flipkart has to bear for getting from China to India.
So, Overall, around Rs. 1500 extra per mobile.
So, the landing cost is around Rs. 21000 including local transport and logistics.
gud estimation…..
Its confirmed guyz….tom is the official launch of Moto X in India…Flipkart has booked Full Front page ads tomorrow in major English newspapers…
price around 23000.

source for the price?
i think it will be around 20 to 21k if it is more then that ,then its not worth buying even they are giving free customisable back covers etc in USA ,which we wont be getting free of cost so price will be around 20k to 21k.
Admin please update the thread with launch day offer: 10 lucky winners will get their MotoX for free
This phone will b a hit only if its priced less than 18K…otherwise may find it tough….@25K complete flop for sure….
If its 18K then gud competition for ‘Baazigar’ Blackberry Z10…Haar Ke Bhi Jeetna
