You will get code only if the recharge is without any coupon. I had tried with a coupon yest but did not get. Later tried without coupon, got ola code instantly.

didn’t try myself but their CC told that it could be applied on same account multiple times but you can apply only 1 per booking…

Yesterday, the moment I applied freecharge coupon and conformed on booking, the status changed to ‘no cabs’.

That’s certainly not a good experience from the best startup of India. They can’t even keep their commitments!

On a side note, both the times I booked the cab, I tracked the location of cab and noticed that the driver doesn’t start for pickup unless 15 minutes passes. Curious if anyone has same experience?
Both time, I got the message that cab has been delayed by 10 mins due to unavoidable circumstances.

Hit them on twitter bro. Since u cant explain the whole thing there, try to be short n rude. So, from next time apply coupon after booking cab . But I dont think that the cab suddenly went unavailable because you applied coupon . There may be various reasons for this. Someone else may have booked in the meantime or the driver may have gone too far (possible only if it shows 20+ mins far)

It is generally around 49rs for 1st 3kms..then 10rs/km + 2rs/min waiting charges (after 1st 10 mins) (this applies even if you are stuck in traffic) + toll charges
