I faced similar issue..
The driver called me and said he is I’ll and he can’t come..and asked me to cancel. I said I can do only after confirming with Cc, I called Cc they said I can reuse the coupon and canceled ride themselves.
I again tried booking and coupon invalid ..as expected.
I called Cc again and argued with them, they said they will book with offer and they booked cab with 250 discount.
I was still doubt whether I will get discount, but after ride I got discount, so properly ask Cc that u need ride with coupon and discount.
