Regarding cancellation I think the reason may be iccworld itself. They are buying lots of phone from same id which may be the reason for some cancellation.

But 4G will most likely not.

Mostly newer launches that features 4G will work in India like the Lenovo A6000, Lumia 638 etc.

just placed an order for 15281..with 6 months emi comes 15800+.
Last year placed an order from geb with the same seller for lg e970 during same period. No issues with it so far

You won’t get any updates till Monday morning US time (Monday afternoon IST) as the seller is closed for Saturday/Sunday and USPS is also closed for Sunday.
