Unlocked it by paying 300 extra for unlock code on ebay.

Ebay and ICC have been playing games with me over this. I ordered the phone on 25th Feb. There was no update until 4th when i got the update that the item has been shipped. But now when i track the status using the paisapay id on icc website, the status hasnt changed from ‘awaiting item from seller’ since 4th of march. Dont know what are these guys upto? It has already been pretty delayed now. Nobody even bothers to pick up the phone in their Delhi office as well.

I was sent a used set with scratches and scuff marks, i contacted GEB who did not respond at all.
Then I raised an eBay claim, with all the proofs, but they rejected the claim. GEB and eBay work
