Ordered this phone on 25th morning. Now it has been a week and i haven’t received any communication from ebay or i2cworld apart from the confirmation mail i got just after placing the order. Should i be worried? The patience is killing me more as i sold of my present phone as well and using a oldie win mo 7.8 based phone.
Members who bought it please share your experiences on estimated time taken for delivery of you device after placing order.

Tried that earlier as well. And it says “Airway Bill no Not Found”.

Still no updates from ICC or ebay.

Did you get any email with subject “your order has been executed”. I received mine after 20 days. You can call ICC customer care and ask them.
In the listing I see that the seller is offering 5% extra discount for 3 or more orders together. I think ICC is waiting for 3 or more orders of the same device and executing the orders after that. That may be one of the reasons of delay.

I ordered on 27th Jan, received on 17th Feb. The estimated delivery time for GEB orders is 14 working days which translates to almost 20days. Unless the seller cancels himself the order your money is stuck for approximately 20 days and you can not cancel the order .

Not about receiving bro about shipping. All international order should be shipped with in 10days from buying date, some people say that aster 10days also their order is not shipped, if it is not shipped the money will be refunded by the seller.

Raise a guarantee claim in ebay GEB
US seller gives only 14 days return period. ICC world might make some excuses but they should be able to get a replacement or refund.
They are a bulk buyer.

Also tell me the first 4 digits of your serial number. First digit represents year. Next 2 digits show Month and 4th digit will represent country of manufacturer. This will show if there is any US warranty remaining.

It is the same as mine. Manufacturing month is September 2014 and set is from Korea.

My suggestion would be to open a guarantee claim and talk with ICC guys as quickly as possible. ICC people do not reply promptly. Better option would to telephone them tomorrow itself.
