My order shipped today

Received order. Its 1 qty only. Going to return it now.

my order is in transit will i accept the order or not???

When contacted CC they said its 50 qty. LED inside bulb. LOL.:-P

When I asked him to check product page he said it was error in listing.
So asked for refund. ( could not ask for wallet balance )

i received it today …. small box containing one bulb only. i returned it and call CC but they said since i’ve returned it so now order stand cancelled and i’ve to order it again … i said i’ll escalate but she repeated the same thing again …stupid CC guy !!!

You were expecting to receive 50 led bulbs for 165, and now CC guy is stupid!!??

I received 2 at 295. Escalated and final outcome was ‘Return it and get refund’. Since it was COD, so I have not provided them with bank details for NEFT refund. Once I provide them bank details, they will arrange for pick up.

Some people learn from others’ mistakes. Some like to repeat the mistakes and then learn from it. A few have already said what response they got from FK. And you still want to wait and see what happens?!
