I called up their customer care and had a very bad experience.

They don’t have any details whatsoever about your order and are just trying to build a database of anyone who calls them.

They will ask you for everything – your mobile number – your email id – you postal address – just about everything!

I think we should raise an alarm here and complain in the crime cyber cell.

Yes, Chorbazaar hai..

I complained them regarding my WM order on 26th. today in the morning they called & said the product is OOS, so they are cancelling the order. & in afternoon i got another call saying that the order is cancelled due to OOS & will be in stock after 1st sept. So if you want you can place the order for the same WM @same price on 1st sept. with the reference of the same order. And asked sorry for the inconvenience. will see, will call them on 1st sept..

same for me.
I sent mail but they didn’t reply but when I posted on their facebook page (post removed by them) they called today and said that currently we do not have stock. I ordered Fan, Classmet notebook and vicks inhaler. all are not in stock. I ordered vicks inhaler at MRP to check that they cancels order with price error or all. but all order are out of stock. when order placed they confirmed that they have stock.
