A word of CAUTION

The Customer Care of Croma Store on EBAY & otherwise is POOR. On ebay they do not have a cancellation policy, on Croma they charge/cut fees for cancelling order.

Im not buying anything from them.

Got the Logitech speakers just now and to my surprise they don’t have Bluetooth A2DP as they mentioned in their listing earlier, these are just simple stereo speakers with battery, nothing special you can get chines makes like this at about 300 bucks in local market and they sound good and loud than these logitech once, now they have removed “Wireless A2DP Blutooth” and revised their ebay listing page and their croma page, really angry I am going to contact ebay and complain and ask for refund, really worst ecommerce site, 1st they provide low prices on 2-3 yrs old stock and then they lie on product description pages. From now never buying any thing from coma, just be cautious about any purchase from them they are bunch of thieves/cheaters

I had figured this fact just after ordering & got after them for order cancellation. First they did not cancel, then I sent them a mail saying that I will not receive the product & that they will loose on the shipping charges also.

The problem with Croma store is that paid executives are handling who are not well trained, don’t know much about electronic products, new to online selling. Their listings are lack-luster with many mistakes. They need professional help to improve.

Another order from the same sale I received also does not match description. Now applied for Refund.
