I got this one with many expectations in the 1st sale but shocked to see the performance.
Pain areas : Heating
Phone heats up very fast even on normal usage without surfing and gaming ,
Multi Tasking :
You cannot listen to music while surfing ,i was not even able to play temple run with FM on 
Free RAM :
Need to clean up RAM every times as the free ram always shows somewhere between 120-150 MB.
I taught of selling it back in OLX but its the hardware which made me to re-think.
Finally went up with below approach and now my Redmi is Butter Smooth with nearly 300MB free ram.
Steps :
Update to V37 ,global Version is available now which includes all google APPS and your current data will not be wiped away during updation 
Root Your Phone (Its safe and you can Unroot later if you don’t want to be it rooted)
Underclock the CPU to 1.2 Ghz with CPU-Z or any other CPU mngmnt app (Resolves heating problem)
Installed Titanium backup and freeze/Remove all bloatware and un-used apps.
All these instructions/links can be found from MIUI forum and I executed them sequentially and the beast is performing as desired 
No More complaints as of now Im able to play game,listen music and surf at same time.

Has anyone gone in for a replacement due to heating issue? If so, how was the performance of the replacement device received?
I am thinking of going in for a replacement because of heating issue, I am worried it may explode in my hand some day !!
