Mobikwik had adopted device ID verification at very early stage.
Freecharge & Peppertap had it from start and Grofers from latest updated has that restriction.
Ola restricts multiple login on same mobile so as Uber.
They all know nuances of multiple account and usage.
Their terms & conditions very well cover all such misusage.
Till date if they allowed, it was for their business growth. But that does not mean it will run forever.
Dont take it for granted.

Now citing RBI rules, wallets like Citrus, Freecharge are not allowing loading of money itself from same card into another wallet of theirs.

Point is as such wallets are stopping usage of same card in multiple accounts. So affirming that by citing Citrus & Freecharge as their my transactions have failed consistently and I have cross checked with them the reasons.

To sum up, all you want to say is -

Same Debit Card/Credit Card can’t be used in multiple accounts of FC. One per account as simple as that!

That is indeed good considering they have clearly mentioned – “One User can have only one account”. They prohibits multiple accounts. Thus usage of only one DC/CC per account. So better to have 3-4 debit cards (multiple accounts in different bank). I myself have 3.
