I wonder how dimers are making the same mistake time & again. 
Before transferring any money to Mobikwik, check the validity of the promocode by trying to apply the promocode.
It will either say ‘The cod is invalid’ OR ‘Code is valid against a transaction’. If you get the 2nd comment, then only transfer money to Mobikwik.
Today I tried this code in the morning (obviously before transferring money) & got this invalid comment. So went ahead with EnterMobi & another TK code.
One more thing… Use fast internet. If money is transferred from your CC/DC/NB account but not reflected in Mobi account, they will manually add the money to your Mobi account (on request) but it won’t be considered a valid transaction and hence no promocode can be applied.

I experienced the same but after raising a support ticket they added cashback.
P.S. Good idea to check for validity of coupon first. I had the same idea a while back but later I had forgotten all abt that.
I had not been able to redeem this coupon in 1 acc. Raised a support ticket but to no avail. Reopened it & contacted Mobikwik on Twitter. Still no joy. Today suddenly they decided to give the cashback!!!
Mobikwik thy ways are strange!
I have added Rs. 25 to the wallet and when I entered the promo code it was showing the code to be invalid. I have experienced such failures with mobikwik lot of times.
