Was not much of a risk as mobikwik has been consistent in this throughout this offer period. But shopclues one was definitely risky. Luckily I was offline till the entire offer period.

Hurray..received 100 CB…and even they couldn’t reverse from my account yesterday because I had drained it

So this is what happened with me yesterday.
Tried to add 180rs to my mobikwik wallet after seeing mobikwik march madness ebay 100rs cashback thread .
when i tried to add money with my debit card mobikwik app gave this error " check your debit card details or try another payment method" . While all my bank details were correct but didnt get any money in wallet . So i tried this once again but still same error
then i tried on desktop website with my second account same error this time.
Here comes the surprise – money debited from my bank account three times ( 180+180+180). Got text msg from bank of money deduction so i checked via net banking . Missed the loot offer + no money in wallet + 520rs deducted from my bank acc.
tried contacting mobikwik via app bt cant create ticket it says " no connection available".
Messaged them on twitter – they checked and said that bank denied payment while it clearly shows in account statement(net banking) that money paid to mobikwik. after that no reply from mobikwik .
this was my experience yesterday .any suggestions guys ?

Wait for a couple of days. Be cool. Do not worry. Your payment will come back to your account.
I too had issues declined error for various sites. If they say that they did not get, it comes back to the account in couple of days. I would suggest to wait than fret !

yeah mobikwik told me that my bank declined payment . But account mini-statement shows that money paid to mobikwik.
It is just that its mobikwik thats why i am worried :well i guess i"l contact my bank first then see what they have to say
