If you are using their latest APP, there is a check box to enable entry of promo code on the same page where you enter the credit card details.

keep trying. I was always getting " Connection timed out" error however after few tries coupon got applied and got cashback immediately

If he is a new user, the device should be new too (I assume he knows about mobikwik). In that case, he will not be logging into more than one mobi account from the same device.
Seems mobikwik has hired top notch nerds to work for them. None of your tricks work with them, eh?
May be they hired a dimer for closing all kinds of loopholes.

Steps to solve:
a) Delete google account
b) Delete google play store and play services cache
c) Restart ur phone
d) Add google account and check if you are able to access play store.
Your error should now get solved
I thought max cashback was 50.
