If contact cc will they cancel the order or honor the order?

It does not affect your order condition. These CCs are only for Time pass and can only tell current status of order, that you can see in your shopclues account..

my adcom got cancelled by noon today but now its showing “ORDER TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER MERCHANT”. What does it mean? Do I have any chance?

Shipping place is just 2-3km from my place but i have not recived the phone and its been 3 days that item has been shipped
