I ordered BSNL Champion on 10-Dec and it was showing Pickup Initiated and yesterday the status changed to PAID with Order Date changed to 17-Dec so i sent a email to Shopclues and they replied back that I will receive as per the schedule and order is confirmed. Someone mentioned that they are sending it to old account i dont think there is any logic on it.

As I mentioned in my post above, it seems that new accounts were given preference over old accounts

Thats true, I got a phone in my new account, older account order was cancelled

Cheating With Shopclues Merchant
I registered myself as a Merchant (MID 144067)
with shopclues.com on 14th Dec, 2014. I
received 3 orders in the next 3 days. I was to
much delighted to ship the orders.
I had packed the orders very nicely so as to
avoid any prifilage or breakage however when it
was time to ship i recieve a mail again from
shopclues stating that your order has been
cancelled as the payment is not confirmed
( However i would like to state that all of them
were prepaid orders).
When i called them and asked as to why was
the order cancelled, the reason they stated was
that the transaction not processed by the bank.
Uhff. What a joke? A mail coming from such a
big organization that the payment has been
confirmed and thereafter after 15 hours of the
order time shopclues guys are sending me the
mail that the earlier mail for the confirmed
payment was sent by mistake but the reality is
that there has been no payment recieved by
them.
Is Merchant a fool to spend considerable amount
of money on packing the orders and then
unpacking it because shopclues has no business
ethics.
On further asking for explanation they
discontinued my merchant account which is
good as my time is more important. I would like
to warn the upcoming merchants who would like
to get associated with Shopclues. Be careful.
Only if you have ample time with you go ahead
and get registered with these guys!! They might
also say after you have shipped the orders that
they cant transfer the payment to your account
as it is not confirmed.

Do nothing, just wait. That seems to be the best course of action right now. If you raise an issue, they might cancel the order and refund your money. Which one did you order by the way?

Do keep in mind that this will increase the chances of your order getting cancelled. But atleast you will have some action, hopefully positive, taken on your request. When was the last status change for your order? Also, did you order X12 or did you end up with X10 on the 2nd day of the sale?

It’s better to wait. They are sending Adcom X10 model. Mine was confirmed today in the afternoon. Courier – Delhivery (one of the most infamous, though got all orders so far).

Hi-Tech received today, didn’t test yet, currently charging. But from the looks of it seems awesome value. Manufactured in Oct-2014. Good build quality at this price.

Sad to know your ordeal, but you can always move to cheatclue competitors. Don’t let this minor setback stop you, for which you were not responsible in the first place.
