This is the for the first time I am facing such a long delay from Bluedart. They are getting worst day by day. I think all online shopping portals should start their own courier services and stop relying on third parties.

I hve mailed to bluedart higher authorities let’s see what do they reply.

when u said mailing authorities, i remember this incident about me mailing to firstflight for returning most of the items saying buyer refused to accept, even without calling me
this happened with some ebay 100 off orders too… i mailed the higher authority and they just kept on coming down the chain until my nearest city (they also put me in CC). But it did not reach the one that mattered( the first flight in my town)… and again they returned an item lol… after that i yelled at all those email address cc’d and got no reply… Long live first flight

I received my hitech mobile today. well I must say it is worth more than what we paid. Very good n durable mobile phone n doesn’t looks cheap. Great work hitech (Kolkata).

I think they are not able to handle the overload due to increasing popularity of customers joining to online buying.

When I asked my friend to guess the price of Hitech mobile he guessed it around Rs.1000 to Rs.1500. Then I disclosed the actual price I bought it ie Rs.240 he was shocked and jealous too. :p

Lodge a compliant at blurdart customer service using phone. Ask for complaint tracking number. Once done they will after you to close the case. It works..

same happend to me just now, but luckily i have paid through CBD (Cash before delivery) and automatically backorder have been initiated.

Abuse them terribly, that’s what I do. Threaten them that you’re going to file case in consumer court

If they say the shipment is struck – then thats it…..no amount of shouting will solve the problem…….bluedart will clear it as soon as possible and deliver it……pl have patience……they have to reply to your emails and will do

My adcom x10 shipped just now got message.

Guys, seems the Delhi problem is solved as my shipment reached by city within 1 day from Delhi. Hope they attempt delivery today, or else their office is near to my office so it won’t be a problem to “tackle” them in their own home if dey do any “gadbad” in delivering their product. I think I had a lucky escape from the Titanic problems of ShopClues and BlueDart.
