My BSNL got transferred to another merchant yesterday and now it says “Processing – Pickup Initiated”. Was lucky to get 1 phone ordered.. thanks to the rocking DD community!!

No friend, your decision is correct. Hitech mobile got software problem. Most of the time its second sim will not work. Bought one some time back from eBay and found that and ensured that with another friend. So Hitech is not a good choice. Battery will also drain fast with Hitech mobile.

Bhai jab cash before delivery hi Dena tha to payumoney se online kyu nahi diya atleast Kuch paise to kam Dene paste…

Aur order cancellation ke case mai bhi money refund ki tension nahi rahti.

If you don’t like it, go ahead and cancel the order. At least 1 dimer who bought it (& OK with the replacement) will certainly get the advantage.

I ordered 3 phones via 3 different accounts on the evening/night of December 10th. All three were ordered for different people living at different addresses.

2x Adcom X12 (Both shipped today, Dec 18th, via RedExpress)
1x BSNL Champion SQ181 (Transferred to another merchant yesterday, Dec 17th)

As for people worrying about the Adcom X10 being sent instead of the ordered Adcom X12, please relax. It’s probably a bug in their SMS system. Both the email and the order summary on shopclues.com still show Adcom X12 as being shipped. Now, of course, it could be the other way around with their SMS being the correct one. But this discrepancy gives me hope, so let’s wait this out before giving a piece of our minds to Shopclues on social media.

Note: The purpose of this post is simply to update those whose orders are still pending delivery, not to offend those whose orders were cancelled. To be clear, I do feel bad for the fellow dimers whose orders were cancelled. It seems the cancellations were done based on: (1) Number of phone orders per account, (2) Account age — new accounts seem to have gotten preference over old ones.

^^ That is, unfortunately, your “galti”.

As I mentioned in my post above, it seems that new accounts were given preference over old accounts for the fulfillment of these “promotional” phone orders.
