They ONLY turn out to be cheapest for purchasing Books, that too mainly because they offer coupons often. Else, the service of Infibeam and Flipkart is better 10 times over! At least in books we have a 75%+ success rate, for other products its pathetic.

Smaller refunds are not something to be neglected – on the whole its the customer experience. I hate them, yet I try to place an order every month coz I bought a Taggle deal. Again, EACH AND EVERY TIME I place an order, I face some problem – like the taggle voucher would show as expired while its still 2-3 days before expiry date. Or orders will be partially fulfilled and remaining GV won’t be issued. Or the remainder GV will have a min. purchase of Rs.150 again. Endless list – and after a LOT of pestering, they rectify half of it. I wonder if CC should rightfully be called ‘Customer Cruciation’ department.

My last voucher was ‘Expired’ even before I used it. Reported to them, wrote e-mail, raised tickets – not even a response from their side.

If anyone wants to save bucks and don’t mind being tormented by their CC, then Indiaplaza is the place for you!

@NEO KID: platinum member is not by sales……. its by points…… i never checked the ladder but at present of now i have 482 ponits….and i am platinum member….. one advice to you if you become platinum member….. never use all points (as 1 point = 1 rs.).
else you will fell down to silver member…..

u need to buy for a minium of 50k for gold and 75k for platinum

Though sites like Indiaplaza are best avoided, in my case at least they did eventually refund the cancelled orders…. even though they did it after ages and several follow ups. The 2-4 books that I did eventually receive from them were pretty well packed. The only lure to deal with them are the lower prices/coupons.

As for the Defy, would love to buy this esp. at this price, but Indiaplaza aside, the Defy has a below par cam. And I need a phone with best in class cam. So I guess I’ll pass. Hopefully the new Defy will have a better cam.

All people buying, please check on the earpiece problem and the red lens/green lens problem. This has been a consistent problem with this phone. Great price i must say though but motorola has a lot of niggles. Just google it.

Think this set is going to be taken off the market. Just 3 days back i could see it in letsbuy and now its saying ‘out of stock’..The same happened when i was looking for the samsung galaxy S and it was out of stock and 10 days later the samsung galaxy S plus arrived.

Please try to ensure you get post June 2011 model but that still doesnt guarantee you the snags. people have had problems with the earpiece with post june ’11 as well.

It was in my cart and payment gateway was giving error since last night. Finally I ordered it few minutes ago but reading your posts I assume it was delisted by then. I hope I can get it now. If they cancel my order I can show them the log of my cancelled orders since last night due to their server error and hopefully they will honor the deal assuming the error was on their side and not mine.

BTW I also managed to get a good quality Dell XCD35 from Indiaplaza when the last offer was on but they shipped it after almost 20 days. Hopefully they are faster this time around.

Everything is right but dont forget that this is a waterproof mobile upto 3 feet or 1 mt…which is very good..

as official cannot be overclocked un rooted and much more features are lacking
so it has low performance. i have dell xcd35 with 2.2 official nothing works in it. now i have cyanogen mod
so its 100 times more performance …whenever i need to go to the service center i port orignal software and then go to the service center it works

i also had it in my cart now when i proceddd they are not providing me cash back so final price is 15k
