Hi,
I’ve received my product few days back, but so far no cashback given. In the order details the coupon is not appearing it appears they have removed it.even I had the proof the coupon applied and my 4th order was not accepted as the coupon was limited to 3 orders per id.
I’ve also requested for refund/return of the product, so far no response from them. It’s been 4 days waiting for their reply.
Just got an automated reply saying will getback in 72 hours.

I dnt knw if thats ur experience or opinion. I had ordered 2 deos and both came in good packing, and were original too.
Cashback did not happen automatically, but when i posted a query regarding it to paytm care, they were prompt in their replies and within 2 days cashback was also credited.
