The deal was meant only for new user and looks there was a bug at there end and got fixed after sometime so not working now.

2.I had message pack
3.I had 25 pe 75 +75MB @ 36p/min offer

i think offer has reached their max limit or ended so anyone not getting cb. i also tried many times.
