Better goto Ambrane website and call the repair service or customer care they will arrange for the pickup and service and deliver to you. It happened to me once, the power is not at all working.So they serviced and returned to me. Excellent follow up by Ambrane.

That is pretty stupid that we cannot ask for replacement after getting cashback. Also I never requested for the cashback, They automatically transferred to my paytm wallet.

Paytm doesn’t have a replacement policy for defective objects, they just refund the amount to wallet. It’s a stupid rule, but I think the 40% cashback on powerbanks is still going on, you can just order another one

I returned two of my products back, even after getting cashback. But the conditions should adhere to the return policy. Just check the return policy for your product. Usually it it is around 10-15 days of delivery. so if you got this product within these days..send an email to them requesting for reverse pickup.

Guys, I have another off-topic query about the wallet app, asked it on a thread in dost-and-dimes forum but didn’t get a reply, hopefully dimers here might know more.

The Paytm Wallet app has a ‘logout’ option at the lower left corner in settings.

I tried logging out and logging in with another verified account, and transferred the wallet cash back to my primary account.

My question is, how many times can this be done? Will the app keep working if I frequently alternate between my two Paytm (verified) accounts? Has anyone tried this yet?

Contacted ambrane and paytm both. Ambrane responded first and told me to give them scanned copy of the bill which I have just sent them. I would like to deal with ambrane more since I anyways want the power bank and if ambrane people can fix it or provide replacement, it will be great.

Yes!! it works perfect.. I think its N number of times. As of now there is no restriction.. I have done between 15 accounts

I’ve a problem with Paytm Wallet from last night

Paytm Wallet cash transfers from Unverified account to my original account are going to Pending status
