Also Grofers gives you discount on oils and ghees too !!!
grofers selling for MRP. Whereas BB has 10% around discount on each product.

Bro, BigBasket and Grofers are worlds apart. I would much rather forgo 5% or 10% extra discount than to suffer the agony that every Grofers order is!

I agree but it depends on the area too. In my area, the stores that deliver for Grofers are prompt. So no issues for me. Yes for reliable service, wide variety and hassle-free transactions, I suggest BB. I had to followup with Grofers for couple of my orders but overall I was benefited.

Agree that the service varies with the area. But the problems with Grofers do not end with their service. They have barely listed even the essential items for my area. It’s good only for discounts. Enjoy the ride while it lasts. They have funding from Naspers so hopefully the discounts will last for sometime. After that, BigBasket FTW!

Grofers price is too high when compared to Bigbasket’s. BigBasket sells with 10% already discount (market rate) when applied these coupons it becomes more lesser than grofers.
but sadly what ever product i wanted is always out of stock in BigBasket.
