Yes. Just download payzapp app from Playstore.

I downloaded payzapp for the first time this morning and did 3 recharges of 100 each which will guve me 150 cashback total. Hope I’ll be getting an extra 50 too.

Additional details: Basically, use the Payzapp virtual Visa card to make the payment on any website. Remember, this is only for those users who haven’t used the Payzapp VCC yet. For those who are still unaware, Payzapp wallet is open for non-HDFC customers as well.

I and many people (if not all) did Not get CB for trasactions made on Quikwallet etc thru Payzapp .

Repeated complaints / reminders of mine fell on deaf ears. They did not even bother to reply, let alone give the cash back.

I have simply stopped using Payzapp

Yes the payzapp cc is very poor. They don’t know a bit about the offers that are running.
I request you to cc [email protected] in the mail and mention therein that you have sent N number of mails to payzapp cc. Also rate them on playstore. Ask HDFC CC on twitter that payzapp cc is not replying them, tag @pockets and media etc for quick response.

Edit : HDFC CC will ask you to contact payzapp cc but tell them that this is their product so they cannot run away from taking responsibility on this. If that is the case then why are they sending mails for payzapp under HDFC debit card offers

Yup… my payzapp card got blocked for some reason.. and though ive repeatedly asked them to unblock it or atleast do something about it… no response whatsoever… 10 rs stuck in that wallet

Absolutely. There is no restriction on which merchant you use the card at. So you will be eligible for the PayZapp cashback if you transact on Freecharge.

Absolutely. There is no restriction on which merchant you use the card at. So you will be eligible for the PayZapp cashback if you transact on Freecharge.

I doubt. Payzapp maps devices with accounts. Even FAQ of payzapp mentions aspects about device mapping. They might not track this for offer purposes but they are definitely mapping. I may be wrong.

I am not clear what you are trying to say. @BliNdThOkO_10 ’s question was about whether he will be eligible for the 50 cashback for a Freecharge transaction paid via a new Payzapp card/account, while you seem to be thinking in terms of any multiple accounts restrictions by Payzapp.

After reading his query again, i think he is asking about multiple accounts on payzapp. If he asking about freecharge thing then u r correct!

just downloaded the payzap app.. registered it..Recharge cashback benefit is valid for only HDFC customers In terms n conditions it clearly says offer valid for only payments done through HDFC CC DD cards lol… Then how can other bank customers benefit from this?? Pls confirm

I am not clear what you are trying to say. @BliNdThOkO_10 ’s question was about whether he will be eligible for the 50 cashback for a Freecharge transaction paid via a new Payzapp card/account, while you seem to be thinking in terms of any multiple accounts restrictions by Payzapp.

You can and Will get cashback for txns made ON payzapp. But if u transact thru other merchants , say, QW an pay thru payzapp .. they do/did not pay CB.

200 rs DTH recharged from their app at 14th Nov

Got cashback 50 rs for first transaction at 16th Nov,
Then again got cashback 50 rs for offer (50 rs cb on 100 * 3 times) this month offer for same transaction at 17th Nov.
