The same happened with me during YAHOO25 campaign. The amount showed up in wallet after sometime.But I could not redeem the coupon. So I raised a ticket and finally got the extra Rs 25. Remember only 1 ticket every 12 hours.

How long since u raised a ticket? Even if the amount gets added to wallet u wont be able to redeem coupon without raisins another ticket. Problem is only 1 ticket every 12 hours. So only if the coupon is still working tomorrow u will get cashback after raising another ticket. Try contacting on Twitter & Facebook.
Contacted them on Twitter & got the amount credited within 15mins, asked them about the cashback now waiting for their reply
