They should have service centers, and especially in Delhi. I too could not find a specific service centre but i would suggest you to call their toll free Indian hotline for help: 1800 2094 168

Yes, i have received the router well packaged on the day before yesterday. The setup was very easy and the router is absolutely awesome, i should tell you! The range is very good. I have placed it in a side room where the PC is and strategically so that there is a staight line contact with my room across the hall and dining room, 50 feet away. I have also placed a parabolic aluminium foil shield behind the antenna so that all sinals are reflected into my house. And i get -65 dBm signal in my room. ie. full bars on the wifi indicator! If yuu cant decipher all this dBm reading 
, i’ll tell you, it is -40 to -45 dBm when i keep my phone right next to the router. So you see – how good the router is !

currently i have modem and wifi router separate, so this 1 device will replace both of them. pls confirm my understanding
They have service center only in MUMBAI.. Not in delhi.. In delhi, they have authorized dealer in Nehru place, where you can deposit your router, it will be repaired/replaced and return after that days. Otherwise you can courier to Mumbai office.
Altough service and behavior of person is good, yet expect them to have a center in delhi as well. Best is all come with 3 yr warranty.
