Did you have an authorization letter from Seagate for the warranty with Accel?
Also did you raise this issue with Seagate US ?

Warranty will not be provided in India , Seagate rejected my Backup Plus 3tb RMA , bought from amazon.
And they are asking me to pay for return shipping as well.
I have 1 year warranty left.
