I’m not entirely sure. Its a risk to take, but maybe for the price its alright. Just use them with care and would be alright. Also, I don’t see any warranty mentioning in the FK listing so was a bit suspicious

I have received the earphones today ! With all the hate to skullcandy as sence stated these are amazing !! They are literally vibrating in the ear canal !! And the vibration is purely amazing ! I have also contacted intersection.in for warranty . They immediately confirmed 1 year limited warranty for these ! Skullcandy has lot of crappy products but this one is not crap ! The levels of sound it produces is amazing . i have used Sennheiser HD202 , JBL J03 , ES18 , EP630 and lot of other headphones and earphones . It simply blows away each one of them ! For bass lovers its a pure delight ! The vibrations i felt i could only feel it with Klipsch (which are way too awesome ! ) !! Also as people have stated it looks pretty delicate and needs to used with care !

@599 these are awesome ! Bass lovers would adore these earphones !

Thanks akshat for the review. I have ordered this one too but mostly am looking to resell locally. Ordered 4 headphones at loot prices today and am gonna definitely sell 2 of them. I’ll also give my impressions once they come!

bro is intersection.in the official warranty provider or MB accessories ? confirm once with MB accessories as well , as skullcandy mentions mb accessories on its official site

On the backside of the Skullcandy products it is written that to claim warranty you have to register on intersection.in . Also confirmed this with FK CC when i previously owned Skullcandy product . Even Got a mail from Intersection.in CC stating official 1 year warranty !

Got it just now and am having mixed feelings about the headphone. Mainly due to it exceeding my expectations!

Its not a returned/old stock. Brand new, unopened & Imported Aug 2014

A brief review after listening to it for 20mins

Packaging(4/5): Good enough,sturdy and looks good on the eye

Accessories(3/5): 2 sets of S,L Flanges(M already on headphone), a cotton pouch & manual. Expected more at this price(maybe another sized single flange or double/triple flange).

Build Quality(2/5): Poor, could be much better. The plastic wiring looks delicate and care must be taken inorder to be durable! Silver braided cables are coming even at 20$ these days & they look much more sturdy. I seriously don’t recommend using the given pouch to carry it. Better buy a Clamshell case

Fit & isolation(2/5): This might be the downside of this headset, because there aren’t much sizes provided, its quite hard to get a good enough fit. Those who have trouble fitting this, try with other single flanges(or maybe double/triple as their taste). I had a pair of Sony Hybrid eartips(S size) which gave me perfect fit and isolation. You can get them at ebay.com at pretty cheap prices(1-3$)

Sound quality(4/5): Pretty good, full bass type signature, what amazed me more is how loud this headphone is. I had to decrease -15 dB from my Sansa Clipzip compared to my Meelectronics A161P. Soundstage is decent. Highs are smooth and feels pretty amazing when combined with the punchy lows/bass. Mids can be better, mostly lows/bass overpowers these but it is expected from this signature. Lows/Bass is extra ordinary, those who listen to Hiphop/rap will love this one like anything. Though this experience could become totally opposite & painful if the fit isn’t good enough, although its universal to all bass oriented IEM’s.

Value for price : 4.5/5 at 599 but at 3k much better options!

In brief at 599, its a steal really! Mic working fine enough & overall I feel its a worthy purchase on a whole!

This was on my first in the list to return but it became last now Don’t think any headphone close to 600 could compete this!

I am also in same confusion. I ordered Sound Magic Es 18 two weeks back, after that I saw a deal for Cowon Em1 with Mic and bought it. After few days there was deal for Digiflip earphones available for less than 200 I bought that also. Now I bought skullcandy and I am not sure what I am going to do with all these headphones.

The carry case which come with this headphone doesn’t look good. I saw a review of these headphones on Youtube and the carry case was of very good quality. I think for India packaging is different.

@rising_star, yes, I seriously don’t recommend using that case. Buy a clamshell cover for portability as well as for longer life of the headphone.

I feel this headphone might sound much better after burn-in. 1 hour and I feel a bit change in it. Have to see when drivers gets to its prime form.

And btw who are having fit issues with this IEM use this way to insert it, it gives me the best fit :
