FreeCharge clearly states it with every cashback credit SMS and email they send, and also sends reminders when the amount is close to expiry. Smartapp, which is actually dumb, has simply mentioned that promotional cashback has an expiry, not even saying anything about the timeline, in their FAQs which I happened to check after I had noticed that the amount was missing. I was like… WTF! Immediately uninstalled the app. Bye Bye Dumbos!

Beside the amount itself or we need to get into some other menu?
Moreover, they should be responsible enough to send reminders close to expiry. Is setting automated mails so difficult? It’s highly irritating when a company takes its customers for granted. Of late, I’m experiencing this attitude with every store, including Amazon. We, headless chickens, do deserve it, which is another side of the story though.

Why in the statement? So that people might easily miss it? They should mention it right beside the amount like HC, otherwise send reminders like FC. Anyway, I bade them goodbye last night. Thanks for sharing the info.

I don’t know Udio is just giving 1-1 Re after any transaction. I added money to Payu. Then also they gave 1 Re only. Not getting 4% at all. I did transaction on Amazon. Then, also only 1 Re only. That’s why I created a thread here →
