hope this will help someone. But IMO, please don’t mail them, they are shorting all problems with the orders placed with this pendrive. So just wait few hours. so that your order number also come for refund process.

P.S: just be happy with what you get. Don’t complain regarding what you loose.

Its only our country where e-commerce rules are not strict as other western countries.You are saying why they have to give us compensation so ask them this question what happens when they increased MRP and give the discount on that product will they return your money..I think no.
Search on google when a man placed a order more than 300DVD’s from amazon(not sure about dvd’s) but when this case was taken to court.After that any e-commerce website doesn’ dare to cancel the order of customer without giving any prior information.
Check when flipkart seller sent stone instead of i-pod to customer.So who was the losers. Flipkart is also following the same path which other companies follows.In-a day delivery guarantee if they fails they refund 3time of delivery charges.So if they are not honoring that which they mentioned then why they claim it.So who is loser here.
