yaa but then adjust amount accordingly…paytm 300 should be paid

But discount amount reduced and max discount giving 200 only at payment gateway of paytm

AH at TK still have not credited my trinkets. And their telephone support is pathetic. Trying to call from yesterday but not able to talk with CC agent. Calling KBC phone would have been simpler.

I had to order lunch for today with those trinkets. SHIT website.

Okay, Call went through. I was informed that scheme was not valid for advance orders. It was not mentioned in the mails in T&C. I had placed ordered on 23rd with online payment ofcourse for 24th lunch and according to information given in mail I should have got trinkets.

Anybody else having same case as mine and got trinkets?

i called their cc about my trinklets but they said that 150 return trinklets were valid on 23rd who ordered before 11pm (offer wasn’t till 12am)…

Tastykhana is fraud site with all sorts of hidden (undisclosed to user) terms favoring them to deny offer after user has ordered something with them.

11pm timing was not mentioned in the mail or terms either.

They did send SMS’s @ 9pm informing that the offer will end in 2hrs

Does anyone have the copy of terms? They did not give me 150 trinklets saying that delivery date is outside 23rd. Did anyone get trinklets for advance orders placed during 22rd and 23th?

ab toh abhi k abhi call kar k bolta hu un sab ko, terms and conditions ki 1 copy bheje ya jo mujhe mail bheja tha, usme dikhaye ki kahan likha hai….

itna clarification toh banta hai….

i tried ordering with paytm selection in APP but it failed and it happened yesterday also is there any extra effort do i need to take ?

ordered with the Payu Money option just now you can try that if you want

I still didn’t get any trinkets. Checked the website continuously for last 2 days. Bullshit offers and customer care which replies to email after 2 days.

Feeling cheated for sure… coz if there are hidden terms and conditions like these which deny us the offer after paying for it, then I won’t order even if they give 150% cashback.

Well said. Some website deserve to be deserted.

I ordered only becoz this scheme was there. Now TK has also turned out to be flop. And restaurant too (Biryani Master, F.C. Road) which gave me half cooked tandoori chicken which i had to throw away and guess what, an advance order made earlier day was delivered 1.5 hrs late in midway down the road which i had to pickup. They were supposed to deliver order at 1200 noon and I had to pick order at 1345 as delivery person could not ask people on road about locating a simple address.

Are you serious? Why do u want to waste next few days trying to get in touch with them? And again what else they are gonna tell you more about clarification? They clearly misguided with T&C. May be they are still immature to include terms for all possible combinations user would do.

I asked fellow i talked with, about why these things arent mentioned in the mail itself? And he told me he will inform marketing dept about it……. WTF!!!
