Tosbiba Canvio Connect 1 TB Hard Disk @ Rs 2799

Toshiba HDD have warranty in India. I have Toshiba 1tb hard disk purchased from flipkart. After 6 months it got malfunctional. So in my local area I went to the Toshiba service centre and they immediately replaced my HDD.
but I don’t know about warranty of the HDD purchased from paytm as nowhere warranty mentions in the description.

out of stock…. missed it…

Manufacture date : March 2014

Funny thing is the outer packing was of paytm but the inner carton was of shopclues

Guys never add money to paytm wallet they got some some website issues. i got struck with 600 rs balance, iam unable to use it. it showing error when i click proceed to check and so called 24*7 not all replying and just saying i will try my level best after this no reply from them. Be careful

Stop spamming, if you have any issues with paytm, i am sure it will be resolved if given time & with proper followup.

what’s funny in it, you can buy packing material from shopclues.
you want safety of your item or to criticize seller that he used other company material which is paid by him just to ensure safety of your item.

Please provide the name and number of the service center you went to o get the replacement. And if anyone else can confirm if warranty is honoured please do so now. If you have purchased the HDD there will be a toll free number on the box, please call and check if the warranty is provided. I have purchased the HDD and warranty was not provided. If anyone can confirm that their warranty was honoured please do so now. Also provide a website link that confirms the same.

Toshiba HDD are imported by a third party (redington) and sold here in India. If any kind of warranty exists it would be Facilitated by redington and not Toshiba.
