I don’t think it will be possible since they will have your PAN and store it in a database. They will search for any newly submitted PAN in their database to see if any previous entry exists.

Zebpay is an app but rather than doing that, you can directly recharge your phone from Unocoin itself. Its quite simple too. You can also simply transfer it over to Zebpay app and get a gift card or recharge as such. You can even try your luck in gambling 
Unocoin do support transfer to bank account but you need to have around over 1000 INR balance in your unocoin account.
