Cx180 is not good as compared to Es18 . While ES18 have balanced sound , cx180 dominates sound quality on treble side.
Tried both of them together on Galaxy S2 with viper4android.

Looking for good earphones with mic in this range, But no luck except JBL and Soundmagic(ES18 with mic) (Don’t want to go with SkullCandy)

Looking for good earphones with mic in this range, But no luck except JBL and Soundmagic(ES18 with mic) (Don’t want to go with SkullCandy)

Es18 is not good as CX 180

ES18 is much better than cx180.
I’m using es18 from past 1.4 years . still no problem as of now.

If you have no problems in using a particular product ,it doesn’t means that it is better than any other product , according to reviews on the internet and my personal experience CX 180 is better than es 18 , but still it is your own choice.

Relax, every opinion counts and different people can have different opinions. Both are good ok?

I have used ES18 when I was a kid and can’t afford costly iem’s. So it’s best bang for buck likewise cx180 but both are meant for different audiophile needs i.e. bass lover, muddy bass but better clarity etc.

Bro , i’ve specially ordered both of them from amazon year back just to select one , liked es18 much better , then returned both of them to amazon
and ordered from snapdeal again (have gc there).
So you can understand now , it’s not about good experience or like that , i simple compared both of them on different phones and Laptop and on android with viper4android also and compared with Mi piston 2.0 which was also better than cx 180.
The reason I’ve told earlier also , “sound is more towards treble side” , Tried different configurations to make it bassy and balanced but still not much difference.

Though may be after burn in period it may get better , for me es18 and mi piston v2.0 was better year back . Audio quality is anyway experienced differently to each and every person .. Cheers !
