Check correct mail and spcly spam. I linked 6 got 5. Neways. New signup is not giving 250. Linking oxigen to woohoo will also not get u 100 nw. Both is over. Only payback woohoo is still live I guess till 12 pm. Only on new signups on woohoo. Not old. And one payback account per woohoo acc. Hope this helps.

Check your mail you must have got email containing card no and pin for voucher.

Ya they deliver it. I have physical card but it is useless. Normally payback cards are linked to mobile numbers. They can be earned by credit card/Debit card (ex. ICICI gives only payback points as reward points). On eBay, bms, big bazaar etc (on merchants generally accept them)
You can burn your points on Vodafone recharge, eBay, mobikwik, bms, and many more e Commerce sites. In addition they also have their catalogue (mostly useless)

wohoo is a great app for cheating..

Giving points for uselessly where we cannot use it for branded store..

And giving expiry date as 2016 and expiring points with in a week.

This is what what called the great cheating..
