Has amazon stopped partial payment by apay wallet and remaining through card for bill payments?
Tried both on web and app.

Yes, it stopped for few payments
Electricity bill: I was unable to combine wallet + card
Mobile recharge: I was able to combine.
Wanted to use Amazon Rupay friday offer on Electricity bill and faced this, tried Mobile App, Mobile browser, PC. They updated on all channels.
afaik tsspdcl not allows
can you pls tell me step by step to use this method for recharge, i will try next time

I was able to combine apay balance with rupay offer last Friday.
have did electricity bill payment yesterday only on website around 9 AM and it worked without any issue
I paid for LPG last week and while the app didn't allow partial payment using the wallet, the website worked just fine.
App stopped partial payment around a month ago, but was working was for website, now it's not working for website either for electricity

Yesterday, paid on App combining Apay+DC.
It's a random issue, effecting all accounts, time to time, sometimes working & sometimes not. And, again starts working after few days in the same account.
Sometimes, working on web but not on App/M-Site.
Afaik, no criteria, just keep on checking App/Web/M-Site.
Can anyone check Insurance + Debit Card?

Edit: Getting the option in my primary account! I wasn't able to pay partially via GV balance in this account since Feb so I had switched to a different account but now the situation has reversed.

Not working Today in amazon web version as well from last april 2024 disabled for amazon app now it seems restriction rolled out for Web version as well.
Please confirm anyone who able to pay by rupay platinum card with Apay balance ?
I checked all my accounts and the option to pay partially via GV balance is only available in my primary account which is also the only full KYC one.
The account which is accepting partial payments, works on web and app both?
