Does Barbeque Nation app now charge service charges? I can see while booking through their app. If we book through BN app, can I ask them to remove the service charges when I visit them? Or app booking is bound to pay service charges? Can anyone shed some light?

I am getting 500 corporate discount for 5 PAX and additional 100 through smiley for booking through their app i.e. total 600. So this 600 will still stand applied during the bill at store as well?
How do I use Barbeque Nation GVs if the bill amount and GV amounts are mismatched? I have 500 x 6 vouchers = 3000 but the bill might be 3300. Can I use a different payment method? Will GST be applicable on the balance 300 amount?
Yes no GST when GV used as payment method. If your bill amount is greater than GV value, you can pay the delta by card/UPI etc. and GST should be applicable on that delta amount alone. Delta amount if you can pay via cash, that I'm not sure but user should be able to and GST applicable for that use case as well.

No, it will show on the app however when you pay via say GC the Service charge is not added and AFAIR waiters do not encourage tips as well.
