Best card to swipe on POS ( Offline )

Algebra (au lit) card gives you just 2% once you reach milestones. It's not 2.5%,as your spend is high.

IDFC wealth for offline, gives you 0.75%  for the first 30k spends and 2.5 % later on. 

Tataneu infinity if purchasing from tanishq.

Otherwise not much is there from usual 1 to 1.5%

Not sure about sbi cashback but cashback % of it is on higher side

If you can use bhim upi for payment of 25k+ , their is offer of 5% cashback upto 3k.(only on jewellery purchase)

Axis Ace card gives 2% cashback if I'm not wrong.

No card gives better accelerated cashback for offline purchases than au lit in the mid range segment. If u have premium cards then only. Axis ace is the only competitor. Premium cards like hdfc infinia, scb ultimate gives more.

If it was something else offline other than jewelry and if you were in Mumbai, I would have lent you my Axis Ace which gives 2% and let you keep the cashback as long as my spends waiver for next year is met  

But jewellery is excluded I think

I would suggest you to go for Amex platinum travel.

I am assuming you are not going to purchase immediately and your purchase would be within same year. You will get around not less than 5%.

Best is HSBC Salary account debit card flat 5% on all transactions no upper limit

Best card will be "Axis Magnus Burgundy".

Hsbc debit card 5% cashback is myth, it will come after few months and have lot of exclusion. Better to avoid per my experience

What is the best for usage in hospitals?

Tata Neu Infinity: Tanishq or Caratlane - 5% as Neucoins

Axis Ace: 2%

Flipakart Axis: 1.5%

U could've used pineperks rupay card, but I'm not sure if it works on jewellery, and stock availability issues are also there for pineperks rupay gc

amex mrcc with 1500x4 , 3.8% upto 1.5L/year but not mnay machine supports it

Load 1L on Giverly with SBI CB cc, get their physical card and pay offline. Use multiple cards on same account. SBI CB is treating it as travel mcc.

Physical card charges 349.

Remember that this might not last long. But going on for quite some time now.
