can anyone tell me how to connect a usb dongle to this tablet. i tried micromax mmx 353g and its not detecting it.

Finally, I bought bsnl penta 701c tablet from Infibeam. But, the problem with tablet is.. it is only showing 280 MB RAM instead of 512 MB. n when I called Penta Customer care they told me that this is an issue with RAM upgradation software. But in reality my tablet has 512 MB RAM only.. Is it possible???

Please reply! if anybody know the solution or know about the this problem.

but it was mentioned that micromax mmx 353g is compatible and now they have removed it from the official website. other dongles are working. I checked it bro…

bro where did u check the amount of memory in your tab??? mine shows only 280 mb…

Go to Settings → Apps → Running apps → you can see RAM uses at bottom most most.. “Free” space as well as “in use” space.. mine is “free + in use = 280 MB” only… Check yours.. n please reply..

I think its alright because some amount of ram is used up by system/os , even my optimus one has 512mb ram but it shows 300-350mb free

Hey, My charger sounds faulty as I am observing electric shock…

Secondly, when I try to charge my Penta 701 C , it gets very hot from backside…

Anyone facing same issue, please help.

dont know never used dongle but afaif it shuld conect automatically

hey ninja boy. yar,my 701c tab gets hot while charging. Me jyada time charge b ni kr ra. K kuch khrab na ho jae. Aur on krta hu to betary low ata h n bnd ho jta h. Can it get chargd wd data cable.Pls help. Its urgent. Scndly my charger also shocking like urs. N also get hot while charge

bro maine bhi 701c abhi liya hai… uska charger pin bhi shock deta hai….. jisky wajaey se ports main bhi shock lagta dai…. I think this is because its an AC charger not like mobile charger…. Aur garam hota hai to hone do… but charge hone keliye use 3 hrs to lagana padega ….. ;/

ninjaboy I talked to Penta Custome Care they gave me a link to Firmware… then I re-install this firmware and now Dongle is working fine with Tablet 701c

nitin bro don’t worry meri bhi itni RAM hai aur internel SD CARD Memory bhi 2GB ke aas pass hai …. But it was mentioned that it has 4GB interal memory ….. PENTEL 1# ki dhokebaaj hai….

ninjaboy I have updated my Tab Firmware with file provided by Customer Care …. But after that I found that my Play Store is not there …. :/ I also tried to install it …. but it closes immediately as I open it …. plz tell me what could be the problem

yaar woh isliye hua kyuki unka woh wala software fully tested nai hai.. there are issues in that software. Pentel walo ko bolo ki woh stable version bheje tumko.. sahi ho jayegi problem.. mere saath bhi hui thi hai prob…
