DO NOT BUY

Bought an anodized kitchen set. Product received in damaged condition and also was of very poor quality. Immediately wrote a mail asking for replacement/reverse pickup. Got a call after 4-5 days wherein they asked for my bank details. Provided the same over email. No response for 10 days. Got another call when I wrote another email – same query but this time I had the details ready so made the cc exec note down the bank details. He promised a reverse pickup in 3-4 days. 10 days have passed, nothing so far. Based on other comments here it seems that even if they do reverse pickup I will never get my money. Avoid Avoid and vote down all deals for this store. [UPDATE] – Got my money refunded to my bank a/c.
